ST. PATRICK’S PARK - THE SMALLER FOUNTAIN

The smaller of the two in the park, this is of polished granite and made by J. Whitehead and Sons Ltd London. It sits on a double stepped octagonal plinth with rounded stem and basin 1.05m wide. The width of one side of the lower step of the octagonal base is 1.02m. The fountain is surmounted by a fluted urn finial. The measurement from the top step to the top of the finial is 1.2m. total height of fountain is 1.51m.
