Portobello Place is off Portobello Harbour

You can access Portobello Place via a set of steps leading to a shared courtyard with four terraced houses set in an L-shape with its long side perpendicular to the street above and a gate allowing access to a fifth residence. The houses at street level date from early 1800s but I could not determine when the houses at the lower level were constructed.
